OncoIHC™ CD206 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

Make use of this complete, ready to use IHC kit, for CD206, to obtain optimal results. The kit contains every reagent required for the entire IHC process, beginning with antigen retrieval, and finalizing with coverslip mounting.

CD206, also known as MMR, CLEC13D, and MRC1, is a type I membrane receptor that mediates the endocytosis of glycoproteins by macrophages. CD206 binds high-mannose structures on the surface of pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, and fungi, facilitating their neutralization by phagocytosis. It is a 170 kDa transmembrane protein containing 5 domains: cysteine-rich, fibronectin type II repeat, lectin-like carbohydrate recognition domains, transmembrane, and intracellular tail.
