Cortactin (encoded by CTTN) is a cytoskeletal protein that interacts with actin filaments and Arp2/3 complex to regulate actin assembly and cell movement. It plays a key role in cell migration, and its overexpression is linked to the invasive behavior of tumors like breast cancer.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
