OncoIHC™ CYP3A4 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP4870
Product Type: Kit
Target: CYP3A4
Short Description
Facilitate CYP3A4 detection using this ready-to-deploy IHC solution, encompassing all necessary reagents from antigen retrieval to slide preparation.
Description
Cytochrome P450 3A (CYP3A) enzymes are essential in the detoxification of xenobiotics and the metabolism of over half of all pharmaceuticals. CYP3A activity influences drug absorption and clearance, with expression levels varying across tissues like the liver, intestine, kidney, and brain. In response to systemic infections, such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exposure, CYP3A expression can be downregulated, particularly in the liver, affecting drug metabolism.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
