Cadherins are a family of transmembrane glycoproteins that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion and play an important role in the maintenance of normal tissue architecture. E-cadherin (epithelial cadherin), also known as CDH1 (cadherin 1) or CAM 120/80, is a classical member of the cadherin superfamily. E-cadherin is regarded as a marker for spermatogonial stem cells in mice. It plays a critical role in the maintenance of epithelial integrity and tumor suppression.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
