Short Description
Enhance FXYD1 staining efficiency using this pre-assembled IHC kit, supplying components for a seamless protocol.
Description
FXYD1, also known as PLM or Phospholemman, is part of the FXYD family and induces hyperpolarization-activated chloride currents when expressed in Xenopus oocytes. It is believed to play a role in muscle contraction and acts as a regulator of the Na+,K+-ATPase (Na+,K+-pump), which may contribute to the acute regulation of Na+,K+-ATPase during exercise.
