Ensure consistent GRP78 staining with this pre-prepared IHC kit, supplying reagents tailored for efficient, start-to-finish staining.
Description
GRP78 (also known as HSPA5, BiP) is a member of the HSP70 family and is primarily localized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), where it assists in protein folding and assembly. It is an essential resident protein in all eukaryotic cells. Recent research suggests that GRP78 plays a significant role in apoptosis regulation and inhibition of cancer cell growth.

Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls: - Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest. - Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen. - Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
