OncoIHC™ HDAC10 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP4969
Product Type: Kit
Target: HDAC10
Short Description
Achieve efficient HDAC10 staining with this comprehensive IHC kit, pre-loaded with reagents for a seamless antigen retrieval to coverslip process.
Description
HDAC10, also known as Histone Deacetylase 10, is a 669-amino acid protein predominantly expressed in the liver and kidney. As a member of the class IIb subfamily, HDAC10 contains an active deacetylase domain (DAC) and an inactive leucine-rich domain (LRD). It is implicated in various cellular processes, including homologous recombination, autophagy regulation, promoting cell survival in neuroblastoma cells, suppressing cervical cancer metastasis, and facilitating the cell cycle.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
