Short Description
Achieve efficient HSC70 staining with this comprehensive IHC kit, pre-loaded with reagents for a seamless antigen retrieval to coverslip process.
Description
HSPA8 (HSC70) is part of the HSPA (HSP70) family, a group of highly conserved heat-shock proteins. These chaperones are involved in protein folding, refolding, transport, and targeting. HSPA8 is a constitutively expressed cytosolic/nuclear protein that can translocate between the cytoplasm and nucleus. It has been shown to interact with α-synuclein, a protein involved in Parkinson's disease, suggesting HSPA8's role in neurodegenerative diseases.
