IFITM3 (interferon-induced transmembrane protein 3) is an antiviral protein induced by IFN that mediates immunity against influenza A H1N1, West Nile virus, and dengue virus by inhibiting replication. It restricts infections by retroviruses, filoviruses, and enveloped viruses, and modulates cellular tropism. This antibody recognizes both IFITM2 and IFITM3.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
