IGF2BP3 (IMP3, KOC1, VICKZ3) is an RNA-binding protein in the RRM IMP/VICKZ family, involved in mRNA localization and translational control. It is expressed during embryogenesis and in some malignant tumors. It can be used as an independent prognostic factor for osteosarcoma.
