Short Description
Streamline L1CAM staining procedures with this all-inclusive IHC kit, pre-formulated with reagents for a complete workflow.
Description
L1CAM (NCAM-L1, CD171) is a cell adhesion molecule of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is a 200-220 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein involved in neuron-neuron adhesion, neurite outgrowth, and cell migration in the nervous system. L1CAM is overexpressed in many human cancers and is often associated with poor prognosis.
