This convenient IHC kit enables efficient detection of m6A, featuring a complete set of ready-to-use reagents. From antigen pretreatment to final mounting, the kit simplifies the IHC process, empowering users to produce high-quality staining results with minimal effort.
Description
m6A (N6-methyladenosine) is the most abundant internal modification in mammalian mRNA. It is installed by "writers" such as METTL3 and METTL14, and reversed by "erasers" such as FTO and ALKBH5. m6A modification and its regulatory proteins play roles in cancer pathogenesis and progression. It is also involved in virus life cycles, suggesting potential antiviral therapies targeting the m6A pathway.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls: - Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest. - Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen. - Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
