Short Description
Ensure consistent METTL14 staining with this pre-prepared IHC kit, supplying reagents tailored for efficient, start-to-finish staining.
Description
METTL14 (Methyltransferase-like protein 14) is part of the MT-A70-like family and forms a complex with METTL3 to methylate adenosine residues in mRNAs. It regulates the circadian clock and embryonic stem cell differentiation. METTL14 is involved in mRNA splicing, processing, and stability, particularly in regulating naïve pluripotency-promoting transcripts.
