This complete IHC kit for MYO7A offers a direct approach to staining, equipping users with reagents from antigen retrieval to slide mounting.

MYO7A (USH1B) is an actin-based motor protein with ATPase activity. In the retina, it plays a role in trafficking ribbon-synaptic vesicle complexes and outer photoreceptor disk renewal. In the inner ear, it helps maintain the rigidity of stereocilia. Defects cause Usher syndrome type 1B (USH1B) and various types of deafness (DFNB2, DFNA11).
