Short Description
Facilitate Napsin A detection using this ready-to-deploy IHC solution, encompassing reagents from antigen retrieval to slide preparation.
Description
Napsin A is a member of the aspartic protease family, with a functional role in the normal alveolar epithelium and processing surfactant precursors. It is a sensitive marker for pulmonary adenocarcinoma and is expressed in a subset of renal cell carcinomas, particularly of the papillary type, and in some cases of papillary thyroid carcinomas.
