OncoIHC™ p38 MAPK Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

CAT#: ITS-1122-ZP5121
Product Type: Kit
Target: p38
Short Description
Obtain rapid p38 MAPK staining with this fully prepared IHC solution, providing components for a streamlined workflow.
Description
MAPK14 (SAPK2A, p38 MAPK, CSBP1, RK, p38, EXIP, Mxi2, CSBP2, PRKM14, PRKM15, CSPB1, p38ALPHA) is part of the MAP kinase subfamily. It plays a key role in dendritic cell signaling for T(H)17 differentiation and inflammation and regulates hematopoietic stem cell self-renewal. Inhibition of MAPK14 activation may promote ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic stem cells.

IHC Control Slides
Creative Biolabs control slides are prepared using top quality tissues that have been processed, embedded and sectioned following standard operating procedure. We provide the following antigen (tissue) controls:
- Positive control: a section from a tissue known to express the protein of interest.
- Negative control: a section from a tissue known not to express the target antigen.
- Endogenous tissue background control: a section from the tissue that doesn't have a primary antibody applied.
Tissue Samples
Creative Biolabs also offers biospecimen including formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks, fresh or snap frozen tissue blocks, tissue microarray (TMA) slides. Please contact us to request a customized price quotation.
