This complete IHC kit for PD-1 offers a direct approach to staining, equipping users with reagents from antigen retrieval to slide mounting.

Programmed Cell Death 1 (PD-1, also known as CD279) is an immunoinhibitory receptor involved in T-cell function regulation. Engagement with PD-L1 or PD-L2 inhibits T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. Blockade of PD-1 has antitumor activity and overcomes immune resistance.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
