Short Description
Achieve efficient PGK1 staining with this pre-prepared IHC kit, facilitating a seamless antigen retrieval to coverslip process.
Description
The PGK1 gene encodes phosphoglycerate kinase-1, which catalyzes the conversion of 1,3-diphosphoglycerate to 3-phosphoglycerate during glycolysis, generating ATP. PGK1 belongs to the phosphoglycerate kinase family, and defects in PGK1 cause phosphoglycerate kinase 1 deficiency (PGK1D).
