Short Description
Streamline Phospho-TDP43 staining procedures with this all-inclusive IHC kit, pre-formulated with reagents for a complete workflow.
Description
TARDBP (TDP-43) was initially identified as a transcriptional inactivator binding TAR DNA in HIV-1. Pathological TDP-43, characterized by hyperphosphorylation, ubiquitination, and cleavage, is a key component of inclusions found in ALS and FTLD-U. This antibody recognizes phosphorylated TDP-43 at residues 409/410, specifically staining insoluble inclusions in pathologic tissues without normal diffuse nuclear staining.
