Progesterone Receptor (NR3C3, PGR, or PR) belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family and regulates gene expression in target tissues, affecting cellular proliferation and differentiation. Isoform B (PRB) activates c-SRC/MAPK signaling on hormone stimulation and is a prognostic indicator for breast carcinoma responsiveness to endocrine therapy.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
