OncoIHC™ RBM39 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

This complete IHC kit for RBM39 offers a direct approach to staining, equipping users with reagents from antigen retrieval to slide mounting.

RBM39 (HCC1, RNPC2) is a 530 amino acid protein containing three RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains and belongs to the SR splicing factor family. It is widely expressed, particularly in the pancreas, skeletal muscle, lung, and brain, and acts as a transcriptional coactivator for steroid nuclear receptors ESR1/ER-alpha, ESR2/ER-beta, and JUN/AP-1. It may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
