Short Description
For precise TRIM63 staining, utilize this ready-to-deploy IHC solution, simplifying procedures from antigen retrieval through coverslipping.
Description
TRIM63, also known as IRF, MURF1, RNF28, and SMRZ, is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates the proteasomal degradation of cardiac troponin I/TNNI3 and other sarcomeric proteins. TRIM63 is involved in muscle atrophy and hypertrophy through a PKC-mediated anti-hypertrophic signaling pathway.
