OncoIHC™ YBX1 Ready-To-Use IHC Kit

This complete IHC kit for YBX1 offers a direct approach to staining, equipping users with reagents from antigen retrieval to slide mounting.

Y box binding protein 1 (YBX1) regulates HLA class II gene expression and is involved in pre-mRNA splicing regulation. It modulates translation by influencing the interaction between mRNA and eukaryotic initiation factors. YBX1 enhances transcriptional activity on the multidrug resistance gene MDR1 in the presence of acetylated APEX1. The secreted form of YBX1 acts as an extracellular mitogen, stimulating cell migration and proliferation.

To ensure the preservation of their functional properties, all reagents within this kit must be maintained at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Under these storage conditions, the kit will retain its effectiveness for a period of 6 to 12 months following receipt.
