Description
The OXPHOSight™ Pyruvate Kinase Assay Kit employs an LDH-coupled kinetic assay for screening PK deficiency and studying glycolytic regulation in cancer. This assay validates the activation state of pyruvate kinase, a key control point in glucose metabolism. It supports the development of PKM2 activators for cancer therapy and the assessment of red blood cell health.
