Picro-Sirius Red Stain Kit (For Cardiac Muscle) (CAT#: ITS-1022-ZP30)

The Picro-Sirius Red Stain Kit (for Myocardium) is designed for histological visualization of thin septa and collagen fibers. This modification of Picro-Sirius Red staining eliminates yellow cytoplasmic staining that can mask thin collagen septa. Collagen membranes as thin as 0.2-0.5 μm can be easily viewed using this procedure.
