Sauchinone (CAT#: IO-C-HMM154)

Sauchinone inhibits LPS-inducible iNOS (NOS II), TNF-α and COX-2 expression in macrophages through suppression of IKBα phosphorylation. It appears that sauchinone protects against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury by inhibition of p28 phosphorylation.
