Sudan Black B - kit

Used as one of the methods for detecting myelocytic and myelomonocytic leukemia.



Result

Neutrophil granules and neutrophil precursors - blue-black.

Monocytes - blue-black (lightly stained).

Lymphocytes - not stained.
