Short Decsription
Tri-kit for staining of acid-fast bacteria (pathogenic mycobacteria) in tissue sections, sputum, smears and culture smears according to Ziehl-Neelsen. Heating of the carbolic fuchsin solution was avoided in this protocol, thus omitting the release of harmful phenolic vapors.
