Description
This product is a LNP prepared with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, encapsulating Cre mRNA. Cre mRNA expresses a recombinase that recognizes LoxP sites and mediates site-specific recombination, making it a widely used gene editing tool. The loaded Cre mRNA is capped with the CAP 1 structure. It is only for research purposes.
