Description
This product is a LNP prepared with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, encapsulating mOrange mRNA. mOrange, a monomeric orange fluorescent protein derived from DsRed, is widely used for molecular labeling and analysis. mOrange is renowned for its excellent photostability, which exhibits an excitation wavelength of 548 nm and emission at 562 nm. The loaded mOrange mRNA is capped with the CAP 1 structure and modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine to enhance expression and reduce immunogenicity. It is only for research purposes.
