Description
This product is a LNP prepared with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, encapsulating tdTomato mRNA. tdTomato is a red fluorescent protein distinguished by its remarkable brightness and photostability. It is extensively used for molecular labeling and the localization of cellular components, which exhibits an excitation wavelength of 554 nm and emission at 581 nm. The loaded tdTomato mRNA is capped with the CAP 1 structure and modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine to enhance expression and reduce immunogenicity. It is only for research purposes.
