Description
This product is a LNP formulated with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, designed for expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) targeting CD20. CD20 is highly expressed in over 95% of B-cell lymphomas but low in normal tissues, making it a promising target for B-cell - related diseases. It is only for research purposes.
