Description
This product is a LNP formulated with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, designed for expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) targeting CD7. CD7 is expressed on 85% of peripheral blood T cells, NK cells, and their precursors. It functions as a costimulatory receptor, aiding T cell activation and interactions with other immune cell subsets. It is only for research purposes.
