Description
This product is a LNP formulated with ionizable lipid (ALC-0315), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, designed for expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) targeting PDGFRA. PDGFRA is a type I transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase. It activates downstream signaling pathways through ligand binding, causing receptor dimerization and autophosphorylation. It is only for research purposes.
