This product is a LNP prepared with ionizable lipid (DLin-MC3-DMA), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, encapsulating Renilla Luciferase mRNA. Renilla Luciferase mRNA is a reporter gene. The luciferase it encodes catalyzes coelenterazine to produce coelenteramide in the presence of oxygen, emitting blue fluorescence at 480 nm. The loaded Renilla Luciferase mRNA is capped with the CAP 1 structure and modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine to enhance expression and reduce immunogenicity. It is only for research purposes.
