Description
This product is a LNP formulated with ionizable lipid (LP-01), helper lipid, cholesterol and PEGylated lipid, designed for expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) targeting CD19. CD19 is expressed on all B cells except plasma cells. It plays a role in B cell proliferation, differentiation, activation, antibody production, and BCR signaling. It is only for research purposes.
