ImmunoArrayᵀᴹ Autoimmune Myocarditis and Myositis-Related Autoantibody Detection Service (Antigen Microarray) (CAT#: NA-0726-FY10)

A high-sensitivity, cost-effective, and highly multiplexed antigen microarray platform tailored for translational medicine and cardiovascular/muscular scientific research. By coating 120 high-quality purified cardiac, muscle, and neuronal-muscle transmitter antigens onto a 3D chip surface to maintain native conformation, the service profiles complex antibody patterns using as little as 5 μl of serum or other body fluids. It is widely used to discover biomarkers and establish multi-parametric models for early disease warning, diagnosis, and efficacy tracking.

Specifications
Throughput LevelHigh throughput (Capable of processing 16 samples simultaneously per slide, with multiple slides operable in parallel)
Protein CountContains 120 antigens selected based on comprehensive literature searches/Capable of profiling more than 120 autoantibodies per well
Proteome CoverageBroad coverage of targets related to the cardiovascular and muscular systems, including cardiac antigens, muscle antigens, and neuronal-muscle transmitter antigens.
Purification MethodUtilizes high-quality purified antigens. (Specific purification protocols are not detailed)
Arraying TechnologyHigh-sensitivity antigen microarray technology (Antigens are orderly immobilized on the 3D surface of a microchip; flexible enough to integrate proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids onto a solid carrier surface)
Quality ControlEach array contains internal Ig and anti-Ig controls for normalization and quantification; offers high sensitivity with a dynamic range of 1 to 65000; features semi-quantitative analysis based on standard curves. Dual-color/multiplexed fluorescent secondary antibodies enable the detection of different antibody types and subtypes within a single assay to minimize sample usage.
Application Fields1. Disease Warning & Diagnosis: Autoimmune myocarditis, myositis, systemic and organ-specific autoimmune diseases (e.g., SLE, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Diabetes, MCTD, Sjögren's syndrome, Scleroderma, Polymyositis, Dermatomyositis), Allergies, Infectious diseases, Neurological/brain disorders, and Cancers.
2. Treatment & Clinical Research: Selection of therapeutic methods, treatment efficacy evaluation, prognosis analysis, drug screening, clinical trials, and organ transplantation outcome assessment.
3. Vaccine Development & Safety: Viral vaccine development and post-vaccination monitoring for autoimmune reactions (e.g., SARS-CoV-2, other coronavirus strains, Influenza, and RSV).
4. Biomarker Discovery: Mass-scale autoantibody profiling to discover clinically valuable antibody markers and investigate disease pathogenesis.
