Cas9 Expressing Monkey Primary Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells (NHFF-1123-HX39)

Cas9-stable cells are seen as a popular research tool due to their capability of stably expressing Cas9 endonuclease, making a lot of contributions to gene editing experiments. We have developed a series of Cas9-stable cells including the Cas9-expressing monkey primary coronary artery endothelial cells by transducing Cas9-lentiviral particles. These cells are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask until the third passage and then are collected in vials. You can expand them for 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under a suitable culture condition. They are high-quality and highly customized and will help your project achieve more rapid progress.
