Creative Biolabs is devoted to developing Cas9-expressing cells from various normal tissues. Our Cas9-expressing monkey primary small spleen microvascular endothelial cells are isolated from cynomolgus monkeys by means of transducing Cas9-lentiviral particles. We culture these cells until the third passage and then cryo-preserve them in vials so that you can expand them subsequently in our specified culture condition. They can stably express the CRISPR Cas9 nuclease, which will help gene editing and further accelerate your project.
