Cas9-expressing cells are considered a helpful tool for conducting gene editing experiments. At Creative Biolabs, through transduction with Cas9-lentiviral particles, we isolate the monkey tracheal smooth muscle cells that stably express the wild-type Cas endonuclease. We culture these cells until the third passage and then cryo-preserve them in vials so that you can expand them subsequently in our specified culture condition. They have been assessed as high quality and will accelerate your research progress.
