Creative Biolabs constructs the cell bank involving a variety of Cre-expressing stable cells isolated from normal tissues of cynomolgus monkeys. Among them, the Cre-expressing monkey primary coronary artery smooth muscle cells are obtained through transducing Cre recombinase. We prepare these cell products transfected by LOXP constructs in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask and finally transfer them into vials at the third passage until you rethaw them for subsequent research. They are excluded from mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, as well as HIV 1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C, which will be a helpful research tool for your project.
