Cre Expressing Monkey Primary Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells (NHFF-1123-HX162)
Creative Biolabs constructs the cell bank involving a variety of Cre-expressing stable cells isolated from normal tissues of cynomolgus monkeys. Among them, the Cre-expressing monkey primary pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells are obtained through transducing Cre recombinase. When culturing them to passage 3, we transfer these cells transfected by LOXP constructs from the gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask to vials. You can thaw and expand them for specific research at a proper time. They are excluded from mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, as well as HIV 1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C, which will be a helpful research tool for your project.
