Cynomolgus Monkey Adipose Tissue cDNA-Random Primer (NHP-cDP001)

• cDNA is a kind of DNA that is synthesized from an RNA template in a catalytic reaction. It is also produced naturally by retroviruses and then can create a provirus in the host's genome. The cDNA-Random Primer product is made of RNA extracted from freshly harvested tissues of healthy Cynomolgus monkeys by using modern extraction technology. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA. The cDNA is primed with Random Hexamer primer.
