Genomic DNA contains almost all the genetic information of an organism. Its molecules are usually big and exist in most cases by binding to proteins. This genomic DNA product from Creative Biolabs is collected from Cynomolgus monkey esophagus tissue. It has been excluded from RNA contaminant with DNase-free RNase after being extracted from a certain donor and precisely measured by Nanodrop which ensures its high quality.

Applications: PCR Amplification, Southern blot analysis, genomic DNA methylation, single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) Analysis, profiling studies in gene expression, and DNA library construction.

Donor Status: Healthy

Quality Control: DNA integrity and purity were assessed through agarose gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometry. The sample is free from RNA contamination. Additionally, Beta-Actin was successfully amplified by PCR, and the DNA underwent successful digestion with EcoR1 and/or Hind III enzymes.
