Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma, and is often used for a variety of tests and assays, including cell-cell interaction, adhesion, migration, Western blot, PCR, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent staining, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, or generating cell derivatives for desired research applications.
