GFP is a generally acknowledged protein type in the cell research area. Our GFP-expressing monkey bronchial epithelial cells were prepared after going through two processes of infection with GFP-expressing lentiviruses and screening with antibiotics. These cells harvested at passage 3 are stored in vials and can be expanded to 3-5 passages under a suitable cultural condition.
