GFP is a generally acknowledged protein type in the cell research area. Our GFP-expressing monkey colonic epithelial cells were prepared after going through two processes of infection with GFP-expressing lentiviruses and screening with antibiotics. We harvest these cells at passage 3 and transfer them into the tube. You can expand them for 3-5 passages under a suitable cultural condition.
