GFP is an extensively used label protein in a variety of biochemistry assays. According to the general protocol, Creative Biolabs build a GFP-expressing cell product network including the GFP-expressing monkey primary colonic smooth muscle cells by transducing GFP-lentiviral particles. We harvest these cells at passage 3 and transfer them into the tube. You can expand them for 3-5 passages under a suitable cultural condition. All GFP-expressing cells are kept available to our global customers as long as you have related research needs.
