• Cell immortalization is a common operation to generate cells with the capability of sustaining growth and proliferation. At Creative Biolabs, we isolate a series of GFP-expressing cell derivations including the ones from cynomolgus monkeys' primary dermal fibroblasts. They are prepared through the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes and are negative for common culture contamination. In passage 3, these cells are harvested in vials and have the potential to be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a suitable medium.
