It is widely acknowledged that immortalized GFP-expressing cells play an essential role in biology science. Creative Biolabs isolate a variety of GFP-expressing cell derivations from primary lung fibroblasts of cynomolgus monkeys by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes. We collect these cells in vials from a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask when they are in the third passage. You can rethaw them in a proper time and expand them at a split ratio of 1:2 for more than ten passages by our specified culture condition.
